Last night we had international evening. Every class each had a culture to choose from and did a dance/songs. I did five dances/songs which were... Samoan actions, two korean dances, italian dance and a south african song. There was lots of different kinds of foods there from different countries that we got to try. The fun part of the night was seeing all the different foods.

First Aide
Today we had Paula from St John teach us about D R S A B C D.
Danger-Check if there is anything that can get you in danger- 5 sec.
Response-with the back of your hand hit there collar bone.
Send for help-call 111.
Airway-Turn them over so if they vomit it wont block there airway.
Breathing-put your ear near there mouth and your hand of there stomach to see if they are breathing.
C.P.R-inlock your fingers with your hand and press down in the middle of there chest and don't stop.
Defib (AED)-if someone stops breathing you peel the thingy of the pad and listen to the instructions.
She taught us how to check if someones breathing, how to do C.P.R and other stuff.
